Schedule Example:
Week 1 - Lunch and Learn, Focused One Hour Training on One Subject (one Hour)
Each month begins with a focused Lunch-and-Learn session introducing the month’s topic and key applications. Participants can learn while they eat, maximizing efficiency and ensuring the learning is accessible and time-effective. This session establishes the concepts and tools that will guide discussions and actions throughout the month.
Homework 1 - Between Week 1 and Week 2 - participants complete a brief homework assignment.
Their task is to reflect on the training content and identify:
Where the concept applies in their daily operations
Potential improvement opportunities
Challenges or bottlenecks related to the topic
Ideas they want to explore with peers during the upcoming roundtable
This step builds ownership and prepares participants for a meaningful, collaborative discussion
Week 2 - Facilitated Round Table Master Mind (One Hour)
Week Two features a facilitator-led round-table mastermind designed to translate learning into actionable insight. During this session, participants: Share their homework ideas and build on each other’s ideas. They discuss real operational scenarios and identify practical ways to implement the topic in their work areas.
The session also includes a short alignment segment to determine the emphasis and approach for the next week, allowing the program to flex around current business priorities.
Homework #2 - Prepare for One-on-one Coaching
Between Week Two and the 1-on1 coaching session, participants complete a brief homework assignment.
Their task is to reflect on the training content and insights from the mastermind, and identify:
Where the concept applies in their daily operations
Potential improvement opportunities where they want to implement their ideas
Challenges or bottlenecks related to the topic
Opportunities to overcome challenges
Schedule a 1-on-1 call for coaching
Weeks Three & Four—Individual Coaching Sessions (1 Hour/Each)
During the last two weeks of each month, participants receive dedicated one-on-one coaching. These coaching sessions ensure that ideas generated during the Lunch-and-Learn and roundtable translate into real execution. This process positions the participant as the expert in their operation, while the coach facilitates clarity, accountability, and forward momentum. Sessions follow the structured A.O.O.A. Coaching Framework:
A – Agenda: What specific issue, improvement opportunity, or goal is the participant focused on this week?
O – Obstacles: What barriers or constraints could limit progress?
O – Opportunities: What resources, approaches, or strategies can help the participant overcome those obstacles?
A – Action: What concrete steps will the participant commit to?
Homework #3 - Prepare for A Demo with Internal Staff (Optional)
Between the One-on-one coaching session and the next month, participants prepare to report on their successes, plans, strategy, and results to their internal company stakeholders.
Demonstrate - Application of Learning (Optional ~30 Minutes)
This is a planned interaction with internal stakeholders that comes either at end of the month or before the next month’s Lunch and Learn Session. Here the participants can introduce their ideas, plans, strategies to and receive feedback from the stakeholders. The goal is to facilitate real change, continuously improve, communicate with leaders, and to celebrate the process of participation.
